He visited our house (mid-renovations) to give us an evaluation. Ritchie was professional and positive, and recommended that we list our house at a much higher price that we had anticipated. Trusting his expertise, we agreed on a date and price. During the first day on the market, we had 3 showings, one of which resulted in an offer and finally the sale of our house. Not only was the sale fast, painless and worry-free, Ritchie was also able to get us a bigger profit then what we would have gotten had we sold our house privately.
