I first met Ritchie Gunn through a friend that was in the market to buy and I watched as Ritchie guided her through some potential properties. I was impressed with Richie’s professionalism and his approach to his client and decided that when we were in need of a realtor we would definitely call on Richie. He has a fresh young approach to the real estate market and really works for his clients.

A couple months later when we decided that we wanted to list our house on the market, I did not hesitate in contacting Richie. I was very impressed, as Richie did indeed remember me from only one meeting.
During our initial visit Richie showed us the competitive market analysis for our area and reviewed with us the different features and prices of each listing and helped us determine what we would set for our asking price. Richie made some recommendations but also guided us through their on line services which had really good information on the basics of marketing and showcasing our home. We then went through with Richie, what would improve the sell ability of our home. Richie offered us a home consultation with a home staging company. As this was a new trend to us I was interested in this service. I would recommend this service to anyone selling.

We had first thought of selling our home privately. Our goal was to get the most money we could, and sell as fast as we could, since our new home was already purchased.
